The Civil Hospital in Sanghar is facing a severe staffing and infrastructure crisis, with a surprise visit by Assistant Commissioner Shafiq Ahmed.

The visit revealed alarming shortcomings, including a lack of medical specialists, non-functional wards, inadequate ambulance services, and poor hygiene conditions. These conditions prompted the AC to warn the Civil Surgeon to address these issues and provide adequate facilities to patients.
