Elektra Lopez of Legado del Fantasma has been released from WWE, marking the 11th known departure amid the company's latest round of talent cuts. PWInsider’s Mike Johnson first reported the news on Sunday.

Lopez was part of the previously reported 10 WWE releases that took place between Friday night and Saturday morning.

The other released talents include Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson, Akam and Rezar of AOP, their manager Paul Ellering, Cedric Alexander, Sonya Deville, Blair Davenport, Isla Dawn, and Giovanni Vinci.

After the news broke, Cedric Alexander and Giovanni Vinci took to X (formerly Twitter) to thank the WWE Universe.

Reports suggest the cuts are linked to anticipated main roster call-ups from WWE NXT.

Anderson, who is recovering from labrum and rotator cuff surgery, was an unexpected name on the list, as WWE typically avoids releasing injured talent. Despite this, Fightful reports Anderson remains in good spirits.

Gallows and Anderson, who returned to WWE in 2022 under Paul "Triple H" Levesque’s creative leadership, spent much of 2024 in NXT. Vinci, who first signed with WWE in 2017, was previously part of Imperium before being removed from the faction last year.

The latest wave of cuts continues WWE’s trend of roster adjustments as the company reshapes its talent landscape.

Fans also shared their reactions on X, expressing their disappointment with WWE's firing of some of their favourite talents.
