Brandi Glanville has shared disturbing footage of herself shaking while undergoing treatment for ongoing health issues, leaving her fans "horrified."

The 52-year-old former ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star posted the unsettling clip on X (formerly Twitter) Friday, showing her visibly shaking while receiving treatment from a lymphatic drainage machine. Without makeup and with unkempt hair, she said in the video, "Wow. It's like, a f*cking thing." She continued, "I will shake for the rest of my life if this thing gets out of my body." In her caption, Glanville also mentioned her past struggle with black mold poisoning.

Glanville, who has been grappling with unexplained facial disfigurement, has been working with renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow, who has been helping her investigate the root cause of her condition. Earlier this week, Glanville shared that Dr. Dubrow had performed four biopsies on her face and neck to aid in the diagnosis. She wrote, “Yes guys @DrDubrow took 4 tiny biopsies from my face and neck so we can continue to get better.”

Despite spending over $70,000 in search of a diagnosis, Glanville initially feared her facial swelling was caused by parasites, but Dr. Dubrow disagreed. He speculated her symptoms were more likely the result of an infection or a foreign-body reaction, rather than something ingested.

While Glanville has been concerned about her health for months, including a previous photo showing significantly swollen cheeks, Dr. Dubrow has emphasized the importance of a clear diagnosis from her medical team to begin treatment. He expressed concern that her condition could be a "ticking time bomb" if left untreated.
