Taylor Swift sends 'handmade' gift to Brittany and Patrick Mahomes' newborn daughter, Golden Raye

The pop star sent a special present to congratulate the couple on the birth of their third child.

According to sources at Page Six, Taylor Swift sent a handmade baby blanket to Brittany and Patrick Mahomes to congratulate them on the birth of their daughter, Golden Raye Mahomes whom the couple welcomed last week.

“Taylor is so looking forward to meeting Brittany and Patrick’s baby girl and she couldn’t be more thrilled for her friends,” stated the insider, adding that “Taylor’s aunt knitted her a baby blanket when she was a child so it’s always had a special meaning for her and something she wanted to do for her friends".

The songstress “did the same thing” last year for Kansas City Chiefs WAG Chariah Gordon and her wide receiver fiancé Mecole Hardman Jr. on the birth of their baby.

“It’s become a tradition for Taylor, something she loves doing and something that can’t be bought. It comes from the heart,” the insider explains.

Although Swift is yet to meet the little one, the sources reveal that she “is so looking forward to meeting Brittany and Patrick’s baby girl.” A rep for Swift did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Golden Raye is the couple's third child after they welcomed daughter Sterling Skye in February 2021 and son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon III in November 2023. Despite being content with three kids, Brittany and Patrick, who got married in 2022, are open to having more children in the future,
