Khloé Kardashian, and Scott Disick, have directly addressed long-standing speculation about the nature of their relationship. On January 8, Khloé Kardashian, 40, launched her podcast Khloé in Wonderland, with Scott Disick, 41, making his first-ever podcast appearance. Kardashian referred to Disick as her "brother" and one of her best friends.

Scott Disick and Khloé Kardashian reflected on their evolving relationship since they first met when Disick, then 22, started dating Khloé's sister, Kourtney. Disick shared how he tried to be more mature while dating Kourtney, who is five years older, and how their relationship quickly progressed to living together.

While their bond has led to public speculation about a romantic connection, the duo clarified that their relationship has never crossed into romantic or physical territory.

After Khloé took a fan poll asking about potential podcast guests, she revealed that the top question was whether she and Disick had ever hooked up. Disick sarcastically responded, "F--- yeah," before Khloé clarified, "No, we haven't." The two criticized the rumors, with Khloé calling the narrative "nasty" and "wild," while Disick called it "psychotic." They both agreed that if they were romantically involved, public backlash would be intense, but ultimately, the public would move on after two weeks.
