Clint Eastwood's son, Scott, has shared an emotional update on his father, six months after the death of his longtime partner, Christina Sandera.

Clint, 94, was in a relationship with Sandera, 61, for a decade before her sudden passing from cardiac arrhythmia in July 2024.

Speaking to People, Scott, 38, described his father as "good" and a "survivor." He praised Clint's resilience, saying, "It's in our blood. You don't complain. You don't whine. You just do." Scott reflected on Clint's upbringing during the Great Depression and his youth in World War II, experiences that shaped his strong, no-nonsense attitude toward life's challenges.

Scott also expressed a desire to work alongside Clint again, recalling the positive experiences he had in small roles in 'Gran Torino' and 'Invictus.' He called his father "an inspiration" and said working with him was always a rewarding experience.

Currently, Scott stars in the spy thriller 'Alarum' alongside Sylvester Stallone, whom he calls a "badass."

Sandera's death was attributed to cardiac arrhythmia, which causes irregular heart rhythms. Atherosclerotic coronary artery disease, which restricts blood flow, was also listed as a contributing factor. Clint, who met Sandera in 2014, described her as a "lovely, caring woman" and expressed his deep sorrow following her loss. A Warner Bros. spokesperson confirmed that Clint prefers to grieve privately.
