Woman found unconscious outside JPMC gynae ward

A woman was found in unconscious condition outside the gynae ward of Jinnah Hospital. A bag was also found, she was carrying, which contained cash, gold ornaments important papers and other items.

The administration and security staff of the hospital reached the spot after they were informed, and shifted the lady to the ward for medical assistance. The South Women Police were also called.

The spokesperson of Jinnah Hospital, Jahangir Durrani informed that the woman is being provided special medical care while the bag with money and other items has been handed over to the women police.

According to the report, the bag contained Rs2.7 million cash, savings certificates worth Rs0.5 million, house documents, three-and-a-half to four tola gold ornaments and other items.

SHO Women Police, Hina Mughal said that the woman has been identified as Sana Akhtar, a resident of Malir. The woman's husband and son have contacted the police and told that a wedding is taking place in the house and the money and other things found belong to them.
