One of Stephen "tWitch" Boss' siblings recently shared an audio recording on social media that allegedly features his widow, Allison Holker, discussing her late husband's body. In the recording, Holker is said to have suggested that it was appropriate to make their mother sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before viewing the dancer’s body.
This occurred after Holker’s daughter took to social media to defend her mother's actions. Holker has been facing significant criticism recently for revealing private details about her late husband’s life.
Multiple sources, including Hollywood Unlocked, reported that tWitch’s brother leaked the audio recording. In the clip, a sibling asks Holker if she truly believed it was acceptable for the dancer’s mother to sign an NDA to see his body. Holker is said to have responded affirmatively.
“And I would do it again… every single day for the rest of my life if I needed to,” she said.
The audio also includes Holker mentioning that tWitch’s mother had previously signed NDAs to attend parties, suggesting that the signing of an NDA for this situation was not unusual.
Weslie, the 16-year-old daughter of Allison Holker, addressed the NDA matter on Instagram Live on January 10. It’s important to note that Weslie was not legally adopted by Stephen. Holker and Stephen also have two other children, eight-year-old Maddox and five-year-old Zaia.
Weslie clarified why NDAs were requested for those attending Stephen’s 2023 funeral. She explained that it wasn’t to prevent people from discussing Stephen’s life but to protect his privacy.
“My mom asked for NDAs to be signed when we were seeing Stephen’s body because God forbid somebody that went to that took a photo of Stephen and put it on the internet or shared it with somebody else. That’s the type of this that NDAs are for. It’s not so you can never talk about Stephen," the teen said.
