Two motorcyclists were killed, and one was injured in a traffic accident on Karachi's Shaheed-e-Millat Road on Friday morning. The incident occurred when water tanker collided with the motorcycles.

According to Express News, the driver of the tanker fled the scene after the incident.

The collision resulted in the immediate death of two motorcyclists, while another rider sustained injuries and was later transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

In response to the incident, local residents set the water tanker on fire in protest. Authorities have initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the accident.

In a separate incident on Thursday, a water tanker crushed and killed two individuals riding a motorcycle near Naval Colony on Baldia Hub River Road. The driver of the tanker also fled the scene after the collision.

Rescue workers arrived at the location and transported the bodies of the deceased to Civil Hospital for medico-legal formalities. The victims were identified as 44-year-old Jamil and 30-year-old Muhammad Akbar.

Both incidents have prompted local authorities to investigate the circumstances surrounding the accidents and take appropriate action.
