Aaron Phypers, husband of actress Denise Richards, is facing a lawsuit alleging fraud and breach of oral contract related to treatments at his Malibu wellness center, Quantum 360.

The lawsuit, filed on November 13, 2024, by Rupert Perry on behalf of his late wife, Elina Katsioula-Beall, claims that Phypers misrepresented the effectiveness of a stem cell treatment for cancer offered at his facility.

Katsioula-Beall, diagnosed with sarcoma in 2019, sought treatment at Quantum 360 in 2023 after Phypers allegedly assured her that the stem cell therapy had a 98% success rate and would either cure or significantly improve her condition.

Phypers also purportedly promised a 50% refund of the $126,000 treatment cost if it proved ineffective.

Despite undergoing the treatment between July and September 2023, Katsioula-Beall's health deteriorated, with her tumors reportedly increasing by 25% by December of the same year.

Following this decline, Perry and Katsioula-Beall requested the agreed-upon refund multiple times, but Phypers allegedly ignored these requests and instead suggested additional treatments.

Katsioula-Beall passed away in May 2024.

Perry is now seeking the $63,000 refund and additional damages through a jury trial, accusing Phypers of intentional misconduct.

As of now, Phypers has not responded to the lawsuit, and the current operational status of his wellness center remains unclear.
