GHQ, May 9 cases hearing today

As many as 13 cases related to May 9 incidents and the GHQ attack case will be heard on Wednesday (today).

ATC Judge Amjad Ali Shah will hear cases after returning from winter vacations. The court has ordered production of state witnesses in the GHQ attack case.

The hearings of 13 cases will be held in district Kachehri court while proceedings in the GHQ attack case will be conducted in Adiala Jail. The court has also directed authorities to produce PTI leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi for the hearing. PTI founder Imran Khan will also be produced in the court.

The statements of state witnesses have yet to be recoded after the indictment.
