Zendaya's humorous reaction to encountering Selena Gomez's fiancé, Benny Blanco, at the 2025 Golden Globes has gone viral.
The incident occurred during a break in the three-hour ceremony when the Challengers star got up to mingle with other attendees.
In a clip shared by The Hollywood Reporter on X (formerly Twitter), Benny and Selena — who became engaged last month — approached Zendaya from behind while her back was turned.

When Zendaya noticed Blanco nearby, her eyes widened, and she gave a nervous smile.
She exchanged brief words with the couple as they navigated around the train of her flowing gown while holding hands.
Fans were quick to comment on social media, with some suggesting Zendaya looked "completely terrified" of Blanco.
Both Zendaya and Gomez were prominent nominees at the event, receiving recognition for their acting performances and respective films.
Zendaya was nominated for Best Actress in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy but lost to Demi Moore, who won her first Golden Globe for The Substance.
The Shake It Up alum earned the nomination for her role in Luca Guadagnino's erotic thriller Challengers.
Gomez, meanwhile, lost the Best Supporting Actress – Motion Picture award to her Emilia Perez co-star Zoe Saldana, who thanked her during an emotional acceptance speech.
Gomez also received a nomination for her performance in Hulu's Only Murders in the Building but lost to Hacks star Jean Smart.
While Gomez skipped the red carpet, Zendaya made a splash in a striking couture gown, posing for photographers before the ceremony.
This marked Zendaya's return to the Golden Globes after her last appearance in 2016.
She wore a strapless orange Louis Vuitton gown paired with Bulgari jewelry for the event in Los Angeles.
Although longtime boyfriend Tom Holland was absent, Zendaya sparked engagement rumors after fans spotted a large diamond ring on her left hand.
