Bahria Town hosts fish fiesta
Bahria Town Karachi has hosted a fishing fiesta, attracting a large number of enthusiasts who are reveling in the natural surroundings. The two-week event, held at the Dam Precinct within Bahria Town, offers citizens a unique opportunity to enjoy healthy and natural entertainment.
Large chicken and duck enclosures have also been set up around the dam to provide amusement for visitors. A fish barbecue facility is also available for families who catch fish.
The event has drawn a sizable crowd from not only Bahria Town but also other areas of Karachi. Many children are participating in the fishing fiesta with their parents, taking advantage of the ongoing winter vacation.
Visitors have praised the natural ambiance, noting that it's a rare find in the city. They've also commended the administration for providing open-air recreational facilities.
According to Resident Engineer of Bahria Town Javed Iqbal, the fishing fiesta aligns with the vision of Bahria Town Chairman Malik Riaz and CEO Ali Riaz Malik to provide quality entertainment to residents.
