Murder: Man killed for taking up case
According to police officials, Hassan Zeb was pursuing a murder case regarding his father Aslam Arien’s assassination.

A group of men allegedly stabbed a youth to death for pursuing a murder case in the Sillanwali tehsil on Tuesday. According to police officials, Hassan Zeb of Chak No 128 NB was pursuing a murder case regarding his father Aslam Arien’s assassination. Zeb alleged that his father had been killed by Qayyum and others during a robbery one year ago. On Tuesday morning, Hassan Zeb was working on his farm when accused Riaz alias ‘Bilu Dogar’ and others stabbed him to death and fled the scene. The body was shifted to the THQ hospital Sillanwali for a postmortem. Police officials have registered the case and are investigating.
