Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann clash over property dispute as police called to former home
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's ongoing divorce dispute took another turn on Sunday when police were called to their former Alpharetta home.
A moving company had arrived to assist Zolciak in retrieving the last of her belongings, but the process was interrupted when Biermann parked his car behind the moving truck, blocking it from leaving. Biermann allegedly refused to move his vehicle, claiming that Zolciak was attempting to take items he believed were his.
According to TMZ, officers from the Milton Police Department responded to the scene, though they were contacted via the non-emergency line this time. After speaking with the officers, Biermann agreed to move his car, allowing the move to proceed without further incident.
While no major argument occurred between the couple during this standoff, their ongoing dispute over property remains unresolved. Both Zolciak and Biermann have previously accused each other of stealing personal items from the home. Despite their tensions, the couple is still legally married.
