Gold prices fall in global and local markets, hwever the prices of silver remained unchanged, Express News reported.
Global and local gold prices saw a decline on Monday. In the international bullion market, the price of gold per ounce dropped by $8, bringing the new global price to $2,658.
Meanwhile, local gold markets also experienced a decrease. The price of 24-carat gold per tola fell by Rs800, reaching a new price of Rs277,000. Similarly, the price of gold per 10 grams dropped by Rs687, now standing at Rs237,482.
In contrast to gold, silver prices remained unchanged in the local markets. The price of silver per tola stayed at Rs3,400, while the price for 10 grams remained steady at Rs2,914.95.
