The Grammy-winning entertainer, 56, who suffered a brain bleed that led to a stroke over a year ago, revealed how the experience reshaped his perspective.

During the special, Foxx surprised the audience with a humorous proclamation: “Sisters, I’m here to tell you, I’ve been cured. No more white girls.” Sitting at the piano, he playfully sang, “No more potato salad and raisins. No more spray tan, no more big titties, no ass.” The crowd responded with laughter and applause as Foxx continued, “It’s February all year long now.”

Foxx jokingly clarified, “No more white girls—in public,” poking fun at himself and the audience’s reactions. He also touched on rumors of him being cloned, adding humorously, “Those rumors stopped the moment I was seen with a white woman.”

The Django Unchained star has been romantically linked to Alyce Huckstepp in recent years. The duo was spotted vacationing in Cabo in 2023 and Huckstepp even attended Foxx’s daughter Corinne’s wedding in September. Prior to Huckstepp, Foxx dated actress Katie Holmes from 2013 to 2019.

Foxx’s candid reflections also highlighted his health struggles. He revealed for the first time that he was hospitalized due to a brain bleed, which he says “led to a stroke.” To close his special, Foxx expressed gratitude to fans who offered prayers during his recovery, performing a heartfelt rendition of “Thank you” on the piano.
