Pakistan Post hikes service charges

RAWALPINDI:

Pakistan Post has revised its service charges. Under the new tariff, parcels sent to countries in category 'A'—including Gulf nations, Turkiye, Germany, Holland, Austria and India—will be charged Rs400 for up to 50 grams, Rs800 for up to 100 grams, Rs2,000 for up to 250 grams, Rs4,000 for up to 500 grams and Rs4,000 for every additional 500 grams.

For category 'B' countries such as the USA, Canada, UK, Japan and Spain, charges will be Rs500 for up to 50 grams, Rs1,000 for up to 100 grams, Rs2,500 for up to 250 grams, Rs5,000 for up to 500 grams and Rs5,000 for every additional 500 grams.
