In the lead-up to one of boxing’s most unusual matchups, KSI has weighed in with a bold prediction, saying that Jake Paul will easily defeat Mike Tyson when they face off on Friday, November 15, in a live-streamed event on Netflix.
The British YouTuber and boxer expressed his thoughts on X, formerly known as Twitter, saying, “Jake Paul will knock out Mike Tyson.
This will not be close at all.” KSI further explained his take on the fight, pointing to Tyson’s age of 58. “Boxing is a young man’s game, and Mike is 58 years old,” he wrote. “They’re sending a lamb to the slaughter, and it’s disgusting.”

KSI, whose real name is Olajide Olayinka Williams “JJ” Olatunji, knows the Paul brothers well, having faced Logan Paul in two notable bouts.
After an amateur draw in 2018, KSI defeated Logan in a 2019 professional match. Since then, he and Jake Paul have teased a potential showdown, though KSI’s three-year break from boxing paused those discussions.
KSI’s recent return to the ring reignited the rivalry, and in June, he issued a “final offer” for a fight with Jake set for May 2025, at an agreed weight of 185 lbs. “Jake, I’m tired of this bulls***,” KSI said in a video post on X. “Get off the cycle, and let’s make this work. We’ve both got weight to lose, and plenty of time to do it.”
Meanwhile, Tyson, who last fought competitively in 2005, will be taking on Paul under modified conditions: eight two-minute rounds and 14oz gloves, which differ from the standard heavyweight match rules.
Originally scheduled for July, the fight was postponed due to a medical emergency that Tyson experienced on a flight. Fans are now eagerly awaiting the event, with KSI’s remarks only adding to the intrigue. As he put it, “This will not be close at all.”
