A woman accomplice of four dacoits, killed in a police encounter in Lahore’s Green Town, has provided a detailed statement to authorities.

The woman, identified as Iqra, revealed that after a dispute with her husband, she became involved with dacoit Rizwan, leading to a criminal partnership.

According to Iqra’s statement, she left her husband, bringing her six-year-old child, and moved to Lahore to join Rizwan's gang, working with them for six months.

Iqra disclosed that the dacoit group, during their heists, did not store stolen money and jewelry at home but instead deposited the loot immediately into banks.

Investigations further revealed that the dacoit gang was a target of the CIA Multan and the Intelligence Bureau (IB), having committed robberies in the cities of Multan, Pakpattan, and Arifwala, often using official uniforms.

According to police, when the heat on the gang increased in Multan, the group relocated to Lahore in October, resuming their criminal activities.

The dacoits used stolen motorcycles, including a Dolfin uniform-clad bike from Sattoktila, for their operations. The gang member, Zain, played a significant role in planning the heists in Lahore.
