Robert Vito, known for his role as "Rez" in Spy Kids 3: Game Over, was arrested Friday night in Los Angeles following an alleged domestic violence incident.

Law enforcement responded to Vito’s residence after reports of a physical altercation with his girlfriend. Sources indicate the 37-year-old actor allegedly pushed his girlfriend into furniture during a verbal argument and reportedly threw his young son onto a couch before knocking him down. Although his son was reportedly unharmed, police found visible injuries on Vito's girlfriend.

Following the arrest, Vito was charged with felony domestic violence and released on a $50,000 bond the next morning. Known for his 2003 role in Spy Kids and appearances in shows like Buffy the Vampire Slayer and The Bernie Mac Show, Vito’s arrest has shocked fans of the early 2000s star.
