The clip showed her placing her ballot in the box and holding up her “I voted” envelope. In the video, the singer wore a red dress, which she was also seen wearing at the premiere later that night (October 29).
Fans reacted to Gomez’s video on X, with some speculating that her red dress hinted at a vote for Republican candidate Donald Trump, given his campaign's prominent use of red MAGA hats. An X user wrote: "She's wearing red so you know her vote!"
