India Royale attends Lil Durk’s court hearing in Miami

Lil Durk’s fiancée seen outside Miami courthouse after his arrest in alleged murder plot targeting Quando Rondo.

Lil Durk’s fiancée, India Royale, was seen outside a Miami courtroom following his recent hearing after his arrest on charges of allegedly orchestrating an attempted murder against Atlanta rapper Quando Rondo.

Known as India Royale, India Cox shares a daughter, Willow, with Lil Durk, and the couple has been engaged since 2020. Durk was reportedly arrested while en route to Miami’s airport, where he allegedly had multiple international flights booked. 

According to court documents obtained by Billboard, prosecutors claim that “Banks [Lil Durk] put a monetary bounty out for an individual with whom he was feuding, named T.B. Banks ordered T.B.’s murder, and that the hitmen used Banks’s and OTF-related finances to carry out the murder.” This alleged plot is thought to be in retaliation for the 2020 killing of Durk’s close friend, King Von.

Additionally, Chicago Tribune reporter Jason Meisner noted that two co-defendants in the case waived their detention hearings, allowing U.S. Marshals to transfer them to Los Angeles, where the alleged crime occurred and where they will face federal charges.
