A conspiracy theory circulating online alleges that Beyoncé may be connected to Wendy Williams' recent dementia and aphasia diagnosis. In 2023, Williams was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and progressive aphasia.

According to the Mayo Clinic, aphasia is a condition that impacts an individual's ability to speak, write, and understand language. It can result from a stroke or severe head trauma and may sometimes lead to dementia. Additionally, the Alzheimer's Association describes frontotemporal dementia as a disease affecting the frontal and temporal lobes of the brain, leading to nerve damage that impairs motor skills and movement.

In 2011, Williams speculated on her talk show that Beyoncé might have been using a fake baby bump. She aired a clip from an Australian interview where Beyoncé’s baby bump appeared to fold oddly beneath her dress.

Williams commented: "What is that? Is that a baby bump? I don't know."

Williams remarked that, during her own pregnancy, she couldn’t sit as Beyoncé did, citing concerns about her back and the baby’s safety. Recently, a user on X, @BGatesIsaPyscho, linked Williams’ dementia to her comments about Beyoncé’s baby bump, captioning the video:

"What happens after messing with Beyonce and Jay-Z."

It’s essential to highlight that no evidence supports this theory. Furthermore, Williams was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and aphasia in 2023, twelve years after she discussed Beyoncé's pregnancy on her show in 2011.

Williams also voiced her disappointment over Beyoncé's exclusion from the 2020 Oscar nominations for her role in The Lion King. In July 2019, Beyoncé lent her voice to Nala in the 2019 realistic adaptation of the 1994 classic The Lion King.

Directed by Jon Favreau, the film featured a star-studded cast, including Donald Glover, Alfre Woodard, Seth Rogen, Eric Andre, Keegan-Michael Key, JD McCrary, James Earl Jones, Billy Eichner, Shahadi Wright, John Kani, and Beyoncé. The film grossed $1.6 billion globally, breaking numerous box-office records. At the time, it held the record as the highest-grossing animated film and the seventh-highest-grossing film ever.
