PTI founder Imran Khan and 78 others are likely to be indicted in GHQ attack case on Saturday (today).
Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Amjad Ali Shah will hear the case against PTI founder Imran Khan in Adiala Jail, while the hearing against Sheikh Rashid, Shibli Faraz, Umar Ayub and others will take place in Kachehri Court.
GHQ attack case has been separated from 13 other cases of May 9 unrest. The hearing in other May 9 cases will be held on November 4.
State Prosecutor Haseeb Sultan said the charge-sheet will be issued to all accused in the GHQ attack case on Saturday.
