Sean Combs faces multiple allegations of sexual assault and rape in lawsuits filed by six individuals from 1995 to 2021.
Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing new allegations of sexual assault, rape, and abuse, according to a series of lawsuits filed on Monday in New York federal court. The lawsuits, brought by two women and four men, span incidents between 1995 and 2021. The accusers claim that some of these assaults occurred at parties hosted by Combs, which were attended by major celebrities and music artists. Combs has previously denied all criminal and civil allegations against him.
One accuser, who filed anonymously, claims he was sexually assaulted at a Hamptons party in 1998 when he was 16 years old. In the lawsuit, he alleges that Combs invited him to a private conversation, during which Combs abruptly ordered him to undress, claiming it was a "rite of passage" and the "route to becoming a star." A blurred photo of the two from the party is included in the lawsuit.
Another lawsuit was filed by a woman who alleges Combs raped her in a hotel room in 2004 when she was a 19-year-old college student. According to the lawsuit, Combs fondled, molested, and raped her despite her repeated pleas for him to stop.
Attorney Tony Buzbee, representing the accusers, said in a statement, "We will let the allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves, and will work to see that justice is done." Buzbee added that more lawsuits are expected in the coming weeks. Combs and his legal team have not yet responded to these latest accusations.
Combs is also facing federal charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, with his trial set for May 2025
