Pakistan and England are gearing up for an exciting Test series, with the first match set to take place at Multan Cricket Stadium on October 7. However, ahead of the series, England has confirmed that fast bowler Josh Hull will miss the tour due to a quad injury.

Hull, a left-arm pacer, has been struggling with the injury, which he originally sustained during his Test debut against Sri Lanka at the Kia Oval. He also missed the ongoing ODI series against Australia because of it. England Cricket took to social media platform X to share the news, tweeting, "Get well soon, Josh. Josh Hull has been ruled out of our Test tour of Pakistan due to a quad injury."

Hull will continue his recovery and won't be traveling to Pakistan with the squad.

Currently, England is playing an ODI series against Australia. After three games, Australia leads 2-1, having won the first two matches, while England secured a win in the third ODI. With the fourth match around the corner, England needs a victory to keep the series alive. Australia, on the other hand, will seal the series if they win the next game.
