Earlier this week, Diddy was taken into custody following months of serious allegations and legal actions. As reported by TMZ, he faces charges of "racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution." If found guilty, the founder of Bad Boy Records could be sentenced to a minimum of 15 years in prison or even life.

Although his legal team proposed home detention with GPS tracking and "all other standard conditions of pretrial supervision," Diddy’s request for bail was denied earlier this week. Today, he returned to court to appeal the ruling and present a new proposal. His attorneys argued that if released, the security team at his Miami residence would submit visitor logs every night.

They further stated that Diddy would only be visited by family, caretakers, and friends who are not involved in the case. His lawyers also emphasized that his only female visitors would be relatives or the mothers of his children. Additionally, Diddy pledged to avoid any contact with witnesses and to undergo weekly drug testing. The outcome of this appeal is still pending. Judge Robyn Tarnofsky previously expressed concern that Diddy might potentially re-offend if released. "This is a crime that happens behind closed doors, even when pretrial services is monitoring," she said earlier this week.

Despite these developments, Diddy's defense team remains optimistic about clearing his name. "He’s going to clear his name and we’re going to stand by his side as he does," his lawyer Marc Agnifilo said outside the courthouse yesterday. "We believe in him wholeheartedly."
