Hamptons socialite Candice Miller, whose husband Brandon Miller died by suicide in July, is facing a lawsuit for nearly $200,000 in unpaid rent for her New York City condo, Page Six has confirmed.

Court documents filed on Sept. 12 claim that the former “Mama + Tata” lifestyle blogger owes $194,881.89 for a luxurious 4,382-square-foot, five-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom apartment on Park Avenue.

She reportedly missed two rent payments of $47,000 for April and May and also failed to make two additional payments of $49,000 for June and July for the Upper East Side property.

Additionally, she is being charged $2,000 for an outstanding balance accrued in August, along with an $881.89 plumbing bill.

According to the court documents, Candice, 42, “agreed to surrender” the apartment by Aug. 31, which she did. However, she allegedly left without settling her debt.

Instead, the former lifestyle blogger moved to Miami to start a new chapter in her life.

“She’s over in New York,” an insider exclusively told Page Six in August. “She’s moving to Miami before school starts and has enrolled her kids in a Miami school.”

Page Six also reported later that month that Candice’s move was made possible with the financial support of her wealthy friends, as she was still grappling with her late husband’s financial troubles.

Brandon, who was found “unconscious” at his Hamptons home in July, had reportedly been involved in several failed business deals and was $34 million in debt at the time of his death. He was 43.

The real estate businessman allegedly left his wife and two children with only $8,000 in their bank account.

“Candice was blindsided by Brandon’s death, but she has some very supportive friends and family who have all stood by her and are helping her financially and in any other ways they can,” a friend shared.
