Lucid is set to expand into the SUV market with the Gravity, which will launch later this year. The Gravity will feature Tesla’s North American Charging Standard (NACS), granting it access to Tesla’s Supercharger network.

The Gravity SUV, offering at least 440 miles of range and over 800bhp in some models, will start at around $80,000, with high-end versions expected to exceed $250,000.

To remain competitive, Lucid also teased a midsize platform for a new crossover EV, expected to rival Tesla’s Model Y.

This new vehicle, set for production in late 2026, will be priced under $50,000.

Lucid has positioned itself to directly compete with Tesla by focusing on more affordable EV options.

Earlier this year, the company secured $1.5 billion in funding from its largest shareholder, Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, which will support the production of Lucid’s smaller, more affordable EVs in Saudi Arabia.
