Ranzy, visibly angry, took to Snapchat on Friday, claiming he has HIV and implying that Jessica Gibbs may also be infected.
He warned others about the potential danger of interacting with her.
What fueled the disgust of many users, however, was Ranzy exposing his deformed genitalia, allegedly due to multiple diseases.

Ranzy claimed that Gibbs was aware of his condition but still engaged in intercourse and was knowingly spreading sexually transmitted infections (STIs) in the Mobile area.
