Man held for 'sexually assaulting' girl

RAWALPINDI:

The Airport police arrested a man for allegedly sexually assaulting a six-year-old girl on Wednesday.

According to the police, the victim's mother reported to the police that the accused Ishtiaq had sexually assaulted her daughter. The airport police registered a case on the complaint of the victim's mother and arrested the accused Ishtiaq.

SP Pothohar said that the accused will be brought to justice with concrete evidence and will be punished because the abuse and exploitation of children and women is intolerable.
