Princes William and Harry, despite their well-documented strained relationship, came together in a rare show of unity to attend the memorial service of their uncle, Lord Robert Fellowes.
Prince Harry flew from his home in the United States to join his brother at St Mary's Church in Snettisham, Norfolk, for the service held on Thursday.
The memorial took place close to the royal Sandringham Estate, and several attendees confirmed the presence of both princes. A church warden praised the occasion as "a lovely family occasion celebrating the life of such a special man."
Lord Fellowes was married to Lady Jane Spencer, Princess Diana's sister, for over four decades and shared three children with her. The cause of his death remains undisclosed.
This reunion marks a significant moment as the brothers have not been seen together in the UK since 2023 due to an ongoing rift within the royal family. Prince Harry's previous visits to the UK were for a brief meeting with his father, King Charles, and for the Invictus Games.
Both Kensington Palace and the office of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have declined to comment on this private family event.
