Keleigh Teller surprises Miles with boat for 5th anniversary in unique proposal twist

In a twist on tradition, Keleigh Teller surprised her husband, actor Miles Teller, with a unique anniversary gift. On August 26, Keleigh, 31, took to Instagram to share a video of herself getting down on one knee in a mock marriage proposal. However, instead of proposing, she presented Miles with his dream boat. The gesture left Miles, 37, visibly stunned and overjoyed.

“An early 5-year wedding anniversary surprise,” Keleigh captioned the video, “Miles always said it’s not fair men don’t get proposed to, so I cheesed out and did it for him with his dream boat.” The clip shows Keleigh kneeling on the grass by a lake as a green MasterCraft speed boat approaches the dock, much to Miles’ amazement.

The video also featured snapshots of the couple celebrating with friends, including Rebecca Rittenhouse, on the decorated boat, which had a “happy 5th anniversary” banner and a large red bow. Miles and Keleigh’s love story began in 2013, and after nearly four years of dating, Miles proposed during a safari in Africa in August 2017.

 “Miles and Keleigh work because they are both the goofiest of people,”  an insider shared by US magazine. “They’re silly, always making jokes and doing little bits with each other, which makes their bond special.”
