Transfers and postings: Bureaucrat gets third posting in two weeks

Transferred from the Interprovincial Coordination to the Industries and now the Establishment Divisions.

ISLAMABAD:


Ghayoor Sultana, a BS-20 officer of the Secretariat Group has been asked to report to the Establishment Division until further orders. In the last two weeks, Sultana has been transferred from the Interprovincial Coordination Division to the Industries Division and now the Establishment Division.


According to an Establishment Division notification, her previous notifications have been withdrawn into the other transfers.

Meanwhile, Syed Tahir Raza Naqvi, a BS-21 officer of the District Management Group, has been transferred to the Establishment Division. He was serving as Federal Board of Revenue member.

Asrar Raouf, a BS-21 Income Tax Group officer, has been transferred to the Federal Board of Revenue. He was serving with the Revenue Division.

Ministry of Ports and Shipping Joint Secretary Pervaiz Abbas has been transferred on deputation to the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) as director-general. Abbas is a BS-20 District Management Group officer.

Arshad Mehmood, a BS-20 Secretariat Group officer who was OSD at the Establishment Division, has been transferred to the Human Rights Division as joint secretary.

Naiyer Muzafar Hussain, a BS-19 Secretariat Group officer, was transferred from Karachi to the Cabinet Division in Islamabad as deputy secretary. She was serving as executive director of Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (PSPC).

Aslam Ghauri, another BS-19 officer of the Secretariat Group, has also been transferred from Karachi. Formerly director at the Regional Directorate, National Vocational and Technical Education Commission (NAVTEC), he will now be with the Ministry of Interior in Islamabad.

Khwaja Saifur Rehman, serving as director (MB & Special Projects) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad has been transferred to the Ministry of Defence in Rawalpindi as deputy secretary. Rehman is a BS-19 Secretariat Group officer.
