Rapper Kodak Black, born Bill Kahan Kapri, is set to become a father for the fifth time. The 26-year-old Florida native recently announced that he and his girlfriend, Maranda Johnson, are expecting a baby boy. The news was revealed during a gender reveal party, where blue smoke filled the air, signifying the arrival of another son into Kodak’s growing family. The event, which took place on August 20, was shared on social media, capturing Kodak's excitement as he celebrated with family and friends.

Kodak Black's journey as a father has been eventful, much like his career. He first became a father in 2016 with the birth of his son, King Khalid Octave. Since then, he has welcomed three more children: daughters Izzabelaa and Queen Yurih, and a son named Prince Kapri, born earlier this year. Each of his children is from different relationships, adding complexity to his role as a father.

Despite the challenges, Kodak Black has expressed his commitment to being present in his children's lives. In a recent interview, he shared his excitement about the new addition to his family, stating, "If this baby is a boy, I’ll be right there, hands-on." His dedication to fatherhood is rooted in his own upbringing, having been raised by a single mother after his father left.

Kodak has openly discussed the joy and responsibility that come with being a father. Following the birth of his son Prince, he told TMZ, "I’m happy to be home with my family and my new son," and described the experience of helping deliver his baby as "very special." Despite the controversies surrounding his career, Kodak Black remains focused on his family and looks forward to welcoming his fifth child.
