Melania Trump is trading the campaign trail for the streets of New York City.

The former first lady, 54, was seen arriving at Trump Tower on Wednesday while her husband, Donald Trump, was holding a rally in North Carolina.

Melania looked stylish in a black-and-white striped Adam Lippes midi dress, accented with a Michael Kors belt.

She previously wore this outfit combination twice during her time in the White House: first during a March 2018 visit to the Palm Beach Children’s Hospital, and again that August for a dinner with Apple CEO Tim Cook in Bedminster.

This time, Melania completed her look with pointed Roger Vivier flats and sleek black sunglasses.

The former fashion model was escorted into the building by her Secret Service team as doormen loaded her luxurious Louis Vuitton luggage onto a trolley.

“FLOTUS” was embroidered on one of her garment bags.

Although Melania has missed almost all of her husband’s recent rallies, she attended the Republican National Convention in July, wearing a double-breasted red wool Dior skirt suit.

The mother of one wore the same color a week earlier while hosting a fundraiser at the couple’s New York City penthouse.

At that event, a source told Page Six that the former model "stunned all in attendance" by appearing in a "fire engine red Valentino dress with appliqué flowers in the same fabric and Christian Louboutin pumps."

“Melania took photos and gave a beautiful speech about the importance of unity,” a guest shared with Page Six. "She also mentioned the election, saying, ‘We will see what happens, but we must win.’ ”

However, if Donald wins the presidential election in November, the public should not expect Melania to resume full-time duties as first lady.
