Former Prime Minister and PTI founder Imran Khan has predicted that the current government has only two months left in power.

Speaking informally to journalists at Rawalpindi's Adiala Jail during the hearing of the £190 million reference case, Imran dismissed rumours of seeking a deal or apologising, reiterating his stance for Pakistan's future.

Imran challenged the government to present evidence if PTI members were involved in the events of May 9, promising to apologise and punish the culprits if proven.

He stated his commitment to presenting witnesses in the Al-Qadir Trust case, albeit anonymously for their safety.

He criticised the government and its allies for attempting to disband PTI, asserting that he would not negotiate any deals despite the numerous cases filed against him.

Earlier, Imran had offered a conditional apology for the widespread protests and violence that occurred on May 9, 2023.

He called for the release of CCTV footage to verify the involvement of PTI members in the incidents.

"If any PTI members are found guilty of participating in the events of May 9, I will apologise, expel them from the party, and ensure they face punishment," Imran stated during an informal conversation with journalists.
