Rishabh Pant offers lucrative cash reward for lucky fan if Neeraj Chopra wins Olympics final

Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant has found a unique way to support Neeraj Chopra, who is set to compete in the men's javelin throw final at the Paris Olympics 2024.
Pant announced he will pay INR 1,00,089 (around $12,000) to the person who likes and comments the most on his social media post about Chopra.
Additionally, he promised free air tickets to 10 other winners.
Pant made the announcement on X, saying, “If Neeraj Chopra wins a gold medal tomorrow, I will pay ₹1,00,089 to a lucky winner who likes the tweet and comments most. And for the rest, the top 10 people trying to get attention will get flight tickets. Let’s get support from India and outside the world for my brother.”
In a follow-up post, Pant emphasised the importance of supporting athletes, regardless of the outcome.
He praised their dedication and spirit, urging global backing for Indian sports.
Chopra qualified for the finals of the men's javelin throw event at Paris Olympics 2024 with an impressive first throw of 89.34 metres and will face-off against Pakistan’s Arshad Nadeem as well as other competitors.
The final is scheduled for August 8 at 11:25 pm Pakistan Standard Time (IST).
