BTS's V inspires villain in new "Jurassic Cops" animation

The main antagonist in "Jurassic Cops" is modelled after BTS's Kim Taehyung, highlighting his global impact.

BTS's V, also known as Kim Taehyung, has made a significant mark on the "Jurassic Cops" franchise. 

The creators of the fantasy adventure animation, "Jurassic Cops: The Movie - The Secret of the Ancient Creature," have unveiled their main characters and shared some intriguing behind-the-scenes details.

The movie introduces Desvarian (데스바리안), the main villain, who returns with a new appearance and enhanced powers. 

Known for his previous forms due to his damaged body, Desvarian is now reborn as a "handsome boy," aiming for revenge with greater strength. His character's transformation adds a new level of threat to the Jurassic Cops.

Director Lee Jae-min revealed, "This time, Desvarian is inspired by BTS's V. I wanted even the villain to be full of charm. As a fan of BTS, I put a lot of effort into Desvarian's design," heightening anticipation for the film.

Kim Taehyung's influence on Desvarian highlights his status as a global icon, whose appeal extends beyond pop music into various entertainment fields. His unique charm and versatility continue to inspire creators from different industries, leaving a lasting cultural impact.

"Jurassic Cops: The Movie - The Secret of the Ancient Creature" is scheduled for release on August 15, 2024. 

This cross-media influence underscores Taehyung's significant role in the global entertainment landscape.
