Joe Burrow, the starting quarterback for the Cincinnati Bengals, has been cleared for full contact at practice, head coach Zac Taylor confirmed.
The 2022 Pro Bowler was limited to ten starts last season after suffering a torn ligament in his right wrist that required surgery.

Throughout the offseason, the Bengals managed Burrow's recovery carefully to ensure he is fully prepared for the upcoming season. Offensive coordinator Dan Pitcher told Geoff Hobson of the team's official site in May that while Burrow wasn't on a "pitch count," the team followed a dedicated plan for his workload. "We designed the whole thing to stay within the constraints of where the medical people think he should be and where he wants to be right now," Pitcher said.
Burrow's significance to the Bengals' Super Bowl aspirations is undeniable. His presence on the field has dramatically changed the franchise's trajectory, positioning Cincinnati as a strong contender to challenge the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC.
