Anthony Mackie marked Independence Day by unveiling a fresh glimpse of "Captain America: Brave New World."
The preview showcases Mackie's return as Sam Wilson, now assuming the mantle of Captain America following Chris Evans' Steve Rogers handing over the shield.
Mackie shared a photo on Instagram from the set of the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe film. He is dressed in his superhero attire and holding the iconic Captain America shield.
In the caption, posted on July 4, Mackie wished, "Happy Birthday America! Have a great 4th, see you soon..."
Captain America: Brave New World is scheduled to premiere in theaters on February 14, 2025.
