Scooter Braun is officially in a new relationship.

The 43-year-old Hybe America CEO is dating actress Rachelle Goulding, as exclusively reported by Page Six. A source mentioned, “They have been exclusively dating for about three months now,” highlighting that their relationship is progressing quickly.

The couple has been spending quality time together, taking trips to California’s picturesque Napa Valley and attending the Stagecoach music festival together in April.

The insider added, “It’s very serious and he’s excited about it,” though it remains unclear how they met.

Representatives for Braun and Goulding did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comments.

This new romance for Braun follows nearly two years after finalizing his divorce from ex-wife Yael Cohen. The former couple, who were married for eight years, share three children: sons Jagger and Levi, and daughter Hart.

Meanwhile, 38-year-old Goulding’s last public relationship was with Gossip Girl actor Chace Crawford, with whom she split in 2014 after dating for a year.

Crawford, now 38, had told The Kyle & Jackie O Show at the time, “It’s totally good. It’s totally good,” stressing that their breakup was amicable and that “We had fun.”

Over the past decade, Goulding has been actively working in Hollywood, earning significant roles on her impressive IMDb page.

She is best known for her appearances in TV shows like Firefly Lane, Reginald the Vampire, NCIS: HawaiiLuciferand General Hospital, among others.

While Goulding stays busy with her acting career, Braun is enjoying the early days of his retirement from music management.

The entertainment executive, renowned for managing the careers of top artists such as Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, and Demi Lovato, announced his decision to step down from the constant hustle via social media in June.

In a detailed Instagram post, he wrote, “After 23 years this chapter as a music manager has come to an end,” alongside several nostalgic photos from his career.

He elaborated, “It’s a strange feeling because I think I have wanted this for a while, but I was truly afraid to answer the question ‘who would I be without them?’ And for 20 years I love it. It’s all I had known.”

Braun also mentioned that his dedication to fatherhood influenced his decision to give up such responsibilities.

“I came to the realization that my kids were 3 superstars I wasn’t willing to lose,” he said about his children. “The sacrifices I was once willing to make I could no longer justify. It was time to step into a new role.”

In addition to running Hybe America, Braun has shifted his focus to investing in entrepreneurs and serving on the national board of Make-a-Wish.

He acknowledged, “My brilliant partner these past 3 years, Chairman Bang [Si-Hyuk], has a vision I truly believe in. But even beyond that he has become a true friend who understands where I must be in my life these days,” Braun concluded, “And that is a father first, a CEO second, and a manager no more.”
