Jennifer Tilly joins RHOBH, tells Gina Gershon it’s “scarier than Chucky”

Gershon also revealed that she was approached for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but declined the offer.

In a recent podcast appearance, Jennifer Tilly and Gina Gershon, known for their roles in the 1996 film "Bound," discussed their careers and a potential reality TV venture. 

Tilly, reminiscing about her iconic role in "Bride of Chucky," expressed both excitement and apprehension about her new role on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (RHOBH).

"It's insane," Tilly remarked about joining the RHOBH cast as a Friend to Housewife Sutton Stracke. "It's, like, scarier than Chucky. I'll tell you that."

Gershon, reflecting on her own opportunity to join the Housewives, admitted, "They approached me. I was too scared, but you know what? You're gonna be genius on that." She encouraged Tilly, saying, "You'll take over that whole set, Jen. I have no doubt."

Tilly, while acknowledging the challenge, joked about her role as a Friend rather than a full Housewife. "I'm not a housewife. I'm a friend, though, which is a lot easier. You just dip in and out. You try to avoid, like, flying shrapnel and you know? If drinks are thrown, I have good reflexes."

Fans of Tilly and Gershon might ponder what could have been if both actresses had appeared together on RHOBH. Known for their chemistry in "Bound," they bring a unique dynamic to Hollywood's reality TV landscape.
