Madame Tussauds in New York City recently unveiled a wax figure of Canadian rapper Drake, but not everyone is impressed.

Since its debut, the figure has become the subject of widespread mockery on social media, with many suggesting it bears little resemblance to the 37-year-old artist.

Critics on X, formerly Twitter, have been quick to express their amusement.

One user quipped, "He looks like a GTA character," while others compared the figure to celebrities like Taylor Lautner, J. Cole, and even Shemar Moore.

One of the more humorous takes included, "What in the Shemar Moore?" and another questioned, "Does it start melting when people play 'Not Like Us' near it?" referring to Kendrick Lamar's diss track aimed at Drake.

The unveiling comes amidst a heated rap feud between Drake and Kendrick Lamar, with the latter releasing several tracks targeting Drake.

The most notable, "Not Like Us," has fans declaring Kendrick the winner of this lyrical skirmish. "Kendrick, please, he's already dead!" and "Drake finished.

Kendrick Lamar destroyed him," are just some of the reactions from fans who believe Kendrick has the upper hand.

Kendrick's recent tracks have not only targeted Drake's music but also his personal life and controversies, adding fuel to their ongoing rivalry.

Despite the playful banter among fans, the feud has seen some serious bars exchanged, with Kendrick releasing four diss tracks in just five days.

As Drake’s wax figure continues to draw attention for all the wrong reasons, it serves as a peculiar backdrop to the ongoing drama between two of rap's biggest names.

Whether part of the feud or just poorly timed, the wax figure has certainly captured the public’s attention.
