Zac Efron's appearance questioned by fans in Netflix’s A Family Affair

A Family Affair is a romantic comedy on Netflix starring Zac Efron, Nicole Kidman, and Joey King.

Fans have once again voiced concerns about Zac Efron's appearance after viewing his new Netflix film, A Family Affair.

In the romantic comedy, which also stars Nicole Kidman and Joey King, as well as in a behind-the-scenes video he posted on Instagram, the 36-year-old actor is seen with a noticeably wider jaw and more robust facial features.

“Trying to watch #AFamilyAffair with #ZacEfron, but I’m way too distracted by whatever he did to his beautiful face, why would he do that to himself?” one follower commented.

Another simply posted, "WTF has he done to his face???"

In 2022, the Baywatch actor sparked reactions when he revealed his dramatically changed appearance, attributing it to a serious fall that allegedly 'shattered his jaw.'

Despite his explanation, fans continued to question Zac's transformation after seeing A Family Affair.

“What happened to Zac Efron’s face? Did he get a bunch of filler? He looks 50 years up close,” one fan wrote.

Another added,  “Can’t be the only one who thinks Zac Efron looks weird with that face … couldn’t concentrate on the movie ……”

Others rushed to defend Efron, mentioning his previous surgery following a severe fall years ago.

“A tweet about Zac Efron’s face goes viral literally every month & every single time someone has to explain what happened to his jaw & how he had to get reconstructive surgery & what not, this sh** is tiring.”

In November, fans were taken aback by his unrecognizable appearance during an interview with Entertainment Weekly.
