Ice Spice stuns in vintage Versace at 2024 BET Awards

The “Deli” rapper made a bold statement on the red carpet in a vintage tangerine Versace gown.

Ice Spice dazzled on the red carpet at the 2024 BET Awards, where she was nominated for three awards and set to perform live. 

The rapper, 24, chose a striking tangerine Versace gown from the spring/summer 2004 collection, making a memorable impression.

The gown featured a low back and a keyhole neckline that plunged below her belly button. To complete her look, Ice Spice wore a massive diamond butterfly necklace and styled her copper hair in a retro bob.

Ice Spice is in the running for three awards at the ceremony, including best female hip-hop artist, competing against notable artists like Beyoncé, SZA, and Doja Cat. She is also slated to deliver a live performance during the event.

This isn't Ice Spice's first time turning heads at the BET Awards. Last year, she wore an ethereal black lace gown with her signature red hair straightened. She later changed into a playful outfit for her three-song medley, featuring a cropped denim jacket with pink patterned detailing, a matching skirt, and baby pink leg warmers.

In addition to her BET Award nominations, Ice Spice recently released “Phat Butt,” the latest single from her upcoming debut album, Y2K. 

To promote the album, the Grammy-nominated artist will embark on her first-ever headlining tour, which includes international festival performances starting in early July and domestic venues beginning in Washington, D.C., on July 30.

The 2024 BET Awards will air on June 30 at 8 p.m. ET/PT, live from the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles.
