Summer vacation special train launched
Pakistan Railways has announced a special summer vacation train service from Karachi to Rawalpindi, starting from July 5 and running until July 30.
The summer vacation special train will depart Karachi at 8:45 pm and arrive in Lahore at 3:40 pm the following day, before reaching Rawalpindi at 10:00 pm. The return journey will see the train depart Rawalpindi at 12:30 pm, arrive in Lahore by 6:00 pm, and reach Karachi at 2:15 pm the next day.
Meanwhile, Rai Hassan Nawaz has been elected as the Chairman of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Railways.
