RAWALPINDI:

The Rawalpindi deputy commissioner has issued a notification ordering the detention of four leaders of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party under the Maintenance of Public Order (MPO) ordinance. According to the district administration, the police recommended the detention of the PTI leaders, which was approved by the District Intelligence Committee on June 20.
