As fans tuned into the season 8 reunion on June 6, they couldn't help but notice the impeccable coordination of outfits among the cast.
According to Paige DeSorbo, the credit for this sartorial harmony goes to none other than Lindsay Hubbard, who took charge to ensure everyone looked their best despite some unexpected twists.
In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, DeSorbo, 31, revealed the behind-the-scenes effort that went into nailing the reunion's fashion game.
"We rely on Lindsay to liaise with production," she explained. "She's like our mom figure in the group. We discuss our ideas, and then Lindsay communicates them effectively to production on our behalf."
Unlike other reality shows where themes or color schemes are often mandated, Summer House usually leaves the cast to their own devices. This freedom sometimes results in disparate looks that don't quite gel.
However, this year was different. "We wanted a cohesive vibe—something professional yet sexy," DeSorbo shared.
"I initiated a group chat and suggested we go with whites and neutrals. But then Kyle threw in a curveball with his custom green suit. So, we pivoted around his choice and settled on neutrals, ensuring we all complemented each other."
Beyond fashion, the reunion also saw DeSorbo stepping up to defend her friend, Ciara Miller, amidst the fallout from her relationship with new cast member West Wilson.
Addressing Wilson's reasons for not pursuing a relationship post-show, DeSorbo didn't hold back, asserting her loyalty to Miller. "I would defend any friend in that situation," she emphasized. "It's about standing up for what's right, regardless of who's involved."
As the Summer House drama unfolds, fans can catch Part 2 of the reunion on June 13 at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo, promising more revelations and, undoubtedly, more fashion moments to dissect.
